Shipping & Returns

Delivery & Returns Policy
Delivery
Delivery is available throughout South Africa by our courier partner and carries an additional cost, which is calculated at check-out and determined specifically by the delivery area, weight and/or size of the products purchased. 
Delivery generally takes between 7 to 14 working days for main centers unless otherwise specified. Outlying areas may take longer but will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
Orders start getting processed after payment has reflected into our account and processing of order takes 5 to 7 days before it is handed over to our courier partner.
FREE delivery on orders over R900 (Excl. VAT).
We are unable to offer a “same day” delivery service.
Support for any delivery enquiries will be via email only – admin@neohcomforts.co.za.
Returns 
You may return most of our products in their new, unopened condition within 7 days of delivery for a full refund less any courier, and/or Credit Card and/or Service fees that may apply (these fees will be communicated to you during your return process). Refunds are generally handled within 8 to 10 working days of logging a return and banking timelines may delay refunds from reflecting in your account by up to 3 days. 
 If you have received broken / damaged goods, please email us photos in addition to logging an online return (returns@neohcomforts.co.za) and we will attempt to replace damaged goods with the same. Where we may not be able to fulfil the replacement quantities with the same or similar products, a refund will be offered. 
 The window period for all returns are 7 days or more from date of delivery.
